- Our Services consist of personal styling advice and recommendations based on your preferences and needs. We will provide you with a questionnaire to gather information about your style, budget, and preferences. Based on the information you provide, we will provide you with a customized style profile, outfit recommendations, and shopping advice.
- Payment: You will be required to pay a fee for our Services, as outlined on our website or as otherwise agreed between us. Payment must be made in advance of the provision of the Services. We accept payment by credit card or other payment methods as specified on our website.
- No refunds on bookings will be made. You can however transfer your payment to a friend.
- All booking date changes have to be made 24 hours before your booking date. Up to 3 changes allowed.
- If you have paid and did not attend your booking within 12 months or missed your booking without any prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.
- Confidentiality: We will keep all information you provide to us confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior consent, except where required by law.
- Liability: Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of using our Services, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.

- Masterclasses will not be done in a tavern or club.
- All home or personal address visits need to be approved.
- Note that our timeframe is set. If you miss your time slot or arrive late, your time will be shortened accordingly. No Refunds on time missed.
